The Development of 192 Unit Apartment Blocks on "Design and Build" Basis at the Cocoa Village in Community 2, Tema was implemented by the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD). The project which was funded from part of COCOBOD's budgetary allocation consists of 12 No. Blocks made up of Seven (7 No.) 2 - Bedroom Apartment Blocks (B1-B7) and Five (5 No.) 3- Bedroom Apartment Blocks (D1-D5) and was aimed at redeveloping the village by increasing the number of housing units on site to accommodate more staff.
Messrs Avangarde Design Services provided an all-in Project Management Consultancy Services for the project on behalf of the Ghana Cocoa Board.
